When dealing with an old deck, prep work is of the utmost most.  This homeowner realized that fact, and rented a sander.

Once sanded and cleaned, the black spots and blotchiness are gone, and the wood just looks faded.

Daich SpreadRock Patio

This project was undertaken by a long-time Ace Paints customer during the summer of 2010.  The customer power-washed the patio clean, applied 1 coat of Daich Textured Primer, and 1 coat of Daich Spreadrock, topped with Daich Hi Build acrylic sealer.
